For Tracy, it was retail that sparked her interest in recruitment. It taught her how important it is to connect with people and truly understand their needs. It’s funny how these random early jobs can really shape careers in ways we never expect, right?
We both made the jump from retail to talent acquisition, and let me tell you - building relationships is everything! It’s not just about filling a role, it’s about creating meaningful connections that last.
